Attention: Erik Duckworth
Deputy Commissioner
Los Angeles Enforcement Office
Dear Mr. Duckworth,
The information you received that prompted you to call our attention (letter
dated 02/18/2010)
is false. Please verify the validity of the information
you obtained in this matter by considering the following:
1- Calling the Palmdale and Lancaster Sheriff's Station
and speaking with Detective Hutchinson (661-267-4300) and Detective
Miguel
Torres (661-940-3859) respectively to determine if the source of your
information is one that has an incident report on
file. If so,
please make note of it for the record. If not, please have them furnish
you with everything you need to know about us.
An excellent idea would be to contact Senator Dianne Feinstein
at her San Francisco Office (415-393-0707). When you do get a hold of
her please thank her for us
(she has been the hope of distressed homeowners we have
helped
in our area). If she is not available please speak with Mirella Nieto
from the Senator's San Francisco Office.
If for
any reason you would need more
information, please contact the following as well: FBI White Collar
Crimes Supervisor (Mortgage Fraud Division), IRS CID, FTC and
all other Government Agency we report to as listed on our Services
webpage
(please see link below).
2- Obtain complete documentation from your source that show
we offered "Loan Modification and/or short sale services to
consumers" and verify authenticity. Ascertain the time, date
and place of their contact with us, have them describe us in detail
and provide proof in support of their claim. Furthermore,
you may also
want to consider background checks of everyone concerned.
We have
been
providing service since 8/2006. Click here

As far as a record of all our transactions, the Department of Real
Estate Enforcement (and more) have every single report we made since
8/2006. All our clients have return receipts from the United
States Postal Service (registered mail) that show our reports signed
for by the Department. Now that you mentioned, please provide us
with a status report of every client we have so we
can update them
accordingly. Thank you for your concern.
Sir, we exist because we refuse to have others go through what we did, click here.
Until we see those responsible act accordingly we chose no other way.
Please let this be known to all.
Sincerely,
