This is what i propose:

Staewide Forensic Audit Review:

1- Mandatory reporting to ALL Local, State and Federal Authorities

2- Required non-compete / non-disclosure agreement.

3- 80/20 profit share (80% to you and 20% to avenue s pilot project *) Please pass the savings to the Homeowner.
* details for pilot project.

4- Fees are branch dependent for now until our GRANT goes through. Maintaining our rule: others first before self.  Maintain your right to refuse service after initial audits if you find borrowers who knowingly and willingly took part in the wrongdoing. No excuses.

5- Branches / Affiliates are responsible for their operational expenses.

6- Adhere to their respective Local and State Laws.

If you have any ideas to make this agreement fair, indisputable and binding to friends, family or loved ones please add, subtract or enhance my proposal soonest time possible. I hope to get this all set up before the end of next week.

Obviously as we grow our basis for having others join will come from each and everyone's gut feeling and applicants character background. (just like how we pre-qualified each other)
